My Terms of Service
By placing a commission you agree to the following terms:
- GFX's take on average four days to be delivered depending on current queue / demand, in rare cases, the wait may be longer. You will be informed of a estimated delivery date upon ordering!
- I do not offer refunds of any sort, I am more than happy to provide 1-2 revisions to change the GFX to your liking!
- Please ensure you're wearing the correct avatar after placing a commission up until I've finished your commission, I will not redo a GFX if you change your mind on the avatar after I have finished.
- Work commissioned is not cleared for commercial / resell usage. Work cannot be resold on merchandize or resold as your own original asset.
- Please do not spam, rush, use derogatory language etc towards me while I work to complete your commission.
- I cannot work with custom body packages that do not have typical rigs + I cannot pose 3D clothing. Rigs I can use include: Woman, Girl, Boy, 2.0, Man and Blocky. (3D clothing defined as: dresses, arm warmers, sleeves, shoes, 3D pants etc).
- Please ensure you include all details when ordering a GFX! Example: If you want cheeks head but want a custom face, please mention you want cheeks head as I'll need to use a different rig than usual!
- You must have parental consent if you are under the age of 18 when purchasing a commission. I am unable to provide refunds if you spend money without your parent's consent.
